Based on your preferences customers are awarded pre-defined credits or vouchers. With their permission, you register customers in ASPOS once. Purchases are logged on the customer across all stores and webshops to create a full 360 degrees customer view. With ASPOS EVL you have endless possibilities to keep your customers close and manage your relationship with them.

LOYALTY IN FRANCHISE

Omnichannel loyalty programs apply across stores and webshops. However, entrepreneurs do not want to pay for credits issued by other stores. To ensure full support for the loyalty program amongst shop owners ASPOS features transparent logging of credits and vouchers. Periodically amounts are settled to ensure fair costs and benefits to all.

ASPOS trigger service

ASPOS provides a trigger service for online marketing campaigns. Your marketeer predefines the campaigns centrally in ASPOS or in a third party CRM tool. If the predefined event occurs, ASPOS triggers the campaign in realtime. The surprise effect is maximum if the consumer receives the campaign on his mobile before he even leaves the store. Or just when he approaches near the store, or when the customer’s favorite item or order is ready. The possibilities are endless.r

ASPOS EVL (elektronic loyalty & vouchering) is an application in the ASPOS suite. Like all other applications in the ASPOS suite EVL is offered fully hosted, software as a service. All you need is a solid internet connection and a PC and you’re good to go!
