This week, LOAVIES opened its very first physical store in Utrecht. With this launch, the popular online fashion brand takes an important step in the further development of its omnichannel strategy. The new store is an inspiring environment where online and offline retail come together in an innovative way.
The store offers visitors a unique experience featuring a stylish collection, modern fitting rooms, a dedicated TikTok corner, and Café Loa, where customers can enjoy coffee and other refreshments. Everything is designed to deliver a complete and distinctive retail experience.
Valk Solutions is proud to have been responsible for implementing the full store automation using the Unified Commerce platform ASPOS. Within one integrated platform, Point of Sale functionality, RFID, Self-Checkout, and the foodservice integration for Café Loa have been brought together.
Thanks to the use of RFID combined with Self-Checkout, customers can quickly and easily check out items independently. At the same time, all processes—from fashion retail to foodservice—are centrally managed within ASPOS. This ensures maximum efficiency, real-time insights, and a consistent customer experience.
