ITEM MANAGEMENT IN ASPOS

ASPOS supports very extensive product cards with all conceivable product data. The master data is automatically populated and maintained from JDS. As an enrichment, assortment managers can add unique content, with which you distinguish yourself as a formula. This product information is immediately available in stores and webshops. In short, with ASPOS you can easily automate your product information chain-wide, across all channels, tailor-made, maximally efficient and flexible, so that you have much more time for your business!

CONVENIENCE WITH JDS

Assortments change more and more often and new products are constantly being released. We maintain a JDS article database to support our customers. JDS contains millions of products from thousands of suppliers. By subscribing to a supplier you automatically receive the product data of that supplier in your ASPOS environment. We pass on mutations every day, convenience serves people!

ELECTRONIC ORDERS

You send digital purchase orders to your suppliers from your ASPOS environment. We maintain direct links with all major suppliers in your industry. We translate the purchase orders into the format of your supplier and pass them on. Naturally, deliveries are accompanied by digital packing slips so that they can be booked in stock at the push of a button. With ASPOS you keep an overview!

YES-OR-NO PIM

For many retail organizations, ASPOS will suffice as a PIM. The article cards in ASPOS are very extensive and product data can be shared with webshops and cash register systems in stores at the touch of a button. It is possible to set per product whether or not it should be displayed on the webshop or kiosk and in which categories. For more advanced usage, a third-party PIM can be linked to ASPOS as needed.
