Kookwinkel Oldenhof is going to renew its business operations with the omnichannel cloud platform ASPOS from Valk Solutions.
Family business Oldenhof has been the specialist in and around the kitchen for 200 years and has also been a royal supplier. The company distinguishes itself with high-quality and exclusive kitchen tools and a network of stores in the Benelux and Germany.
With a view to the future, Kookwinkel Oldenhof wants to better integrate physical stores and online, which is why Kookwinkel Oldenhof has chosen the cloud platform ASPOS from Valk Solutions. ASPOS stands for Advanced Sales Platform of Omnichannel Services and provides a suite of applications. Characteristic of ASPOS is that all applications run online and in real time on the same data, so that the customer really comes first.
Kyra van Hazendonk, project manager at Valk Solutions: “The project started with scoping workshops in which we map out the processes together with the customer. The next step will be that we set up ready-made ASPOS for Kookwinkel Oldenhof. Apart from the roll-out of the stores, the link to the Magento webshop is also included in the project, so that the customers of Kookwinkel Oldenhof will soon have one experience, both on the shop floor and in the webshop.”
In addition to one customer experience, Kookwinkel Oldenhof is also expected to realize numerous efficiency benefits with ASPOS. This is because there will be much less manual work and the daily processes will largely be digital and automated.
